Dioxin 2017 Conference

Dioxin 2017 is the 37th annual International Symposium on Halogenated Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). The conference was held in Vancouver, Canada on August 20 – 25, 2017.

The Dioxin Symposium is recognized as a leading conference for scientists and researchers to present their recent findings. The conference also aims to bring together industry representatives with potential and existing clients in the area of promotes Halogenated Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs).

Dr. Court Sandau represented Chemistry Matters as a member of the conference’s scientific committee.

While at Dioxin 2017, Dr. Sandau presented Multiple Lines of Evidence of PAH Fingerprinting and Source Apportionment of Crude Oil Spills and 245TCP – Perspectives on PCDD/Fs from a Review of Industrial Processes and Historical Analysis, and Fast Forward to Opportunities for the Future.
