The presentation covers important points and considerations for those conducting environmental sampling where the data could be used for litigious or litigation matters.
Legal sampling is much more intense for procedures and documentation than regular sampling and those doing the work, need to be knowledgeable about those differences. The presentations illustrates the differences using case studies the author has been involved in.
